I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the price for services. The lady I spoke with over the phone was so kind and helpful. She patiently described the process and answered all of my questions. The gentleman I dropped my pet off with was also very kind. I went into the main building to make my payment and the woman who helped was very sweet. I later picked up the remains from the same gentleman, who was again very kind on our second encounter. Encountering kindness from three separate employees speaks volumes.

I also appreciated the pet loss book and certificate I received. The remains were labeled nicely in a white box, not just a bag. Those little touches made things a little easier for me.
